Mr James Williams,Poinbank a crypto speculator once known as the " Crypto Visionary",

was born in a family in New York, USA 1976, he graduated from the University of Queensland/Australia with a major in Astronomy and a double master's degree in Economics.

2014 as Special Lecturer of CITIC Investment Banking Department.

From 2015 to 2018, he began to serve in a self-operated department of a stock brokerage company as a director and led the department achieve tremendous good results in 3 years time.

In 2019, he began to take charge of the foreign exchange reserve fund. After various understandings, testing and research, he select the new investment product digital currency.
